Melinda went over and above with helping us find a home. She is very knowledgeable about the area and exactly what we were looking for. Melinda was fantastic with helping us close on a property with lining up inspections and having contractors to do repairs. Would definitely use her again.

Moving across the country is stressful and exhausting. Melinda found a way to make it feel a lot easier! She was able to FaceTime us while she visited houses to let us see in realtime what she was seeing. She was refreshingly honest with us too, and didn't just tell us what we wanted to hear. I felt as though she truly had our best interest at heart. She was also a wealth of knowledge and was able to refer us to all the right people for the various services that we needed. I trust her completely, and would be more than happy to use her again IF we ever decided to move again!
